Tuna Dismantling "KAITAI" Show

If you are lucky, you may be able to catch the owner, Yoshi, dismantling Hon Maguro (Blue Fin Tuna). There's no set schedule, so come visit us often to increase your chances of witnessing a master at work.

As he cuts and divides the fish, Yoshi will explain what makes each cut of Tuna unique. This is a great opportunity to learn the differences between Akami/ChuToro/OToro.
