Today we got Sake Toba, salmon belly portion cut out to a thin strip.
Often times the strips are dried to liking just like beef jerky. Since this is still so fresh, another good way to eat this is to grill with salt, deep fry with Mayo dipping, butter roast, etc., etc.
Very fatty so good with dry white wine I'd say.
By the way, we got A LOT of those.
So, we can sell those for cheap! $1 per pack!
