Black Risotto!?

You can expect more from a fish market, than tuna, salmon, white fish, and such. 

Like, what though? Well, how about this SQUID INK?

I hear it's pretty common in Italy to mix with pasta and rice. We made a risotto plate with squid ink mixed in. Lots of "Umami" in squid ink and flavor is amazing!
